CNC milling and drilling
Machining profiles, patterns and holes from the component drawings. Pattern milling in three-layer material is one application specifically described by LMAB.
LMAB provides CNC cutting, milling and drilling for construction and interior products. Its Lenhovda machinery includes five CNC machines and equipment for sawing, planing and surface finishing.

A window component, a door cassette and a patterned panel each call for different information. LMAB describes patterned CNC milling in three-layer material, as well as cutting, milling and drilling. The part’s function helps identify which dimensions and surfaces are critical.
CNC machining can form part of a wider supply including finishing and assembly. If the design is still being developed, LMAB also offers drawings, adaptation for manufacture and prototypes.
About LMABFinal geometry alone may not describe everything needed for manufacture. Mark the details that affect fit, appearance and subsequent operations.
Workpiece dimensions, tolerances and CAD formats need to be agreed for the particular part. Mark fit requirements on the drawing and describe how the component will be used.
Send the drawing with the material and quantity. If the design needs adapting for manufacture, that can be discussed as part of the scope. State whether the quotation should cover machining only or also material and subsequent operations.

LMAB describes five CNC machines, a CNC saw, a planing/tenoning line and an optimised panel saw. The site also lists a finishing line with sanding, automatic coating and drying equipment.
The official machinery overview describes solid timber and board materials. The service page also gives patterned milling in three-layer material as an example.
Product development is also offered, including drawings, design for manufacture and prototypes. Explain what is already decided and where support is needed.
The official pages do not publish a universal list. Provide a readable dimensioned drawing and identify the CAD files and tolerance requirements available so the technical scope can be agreed.
